Old Mill Park is a large family home, recently renovated but maintaining the 70’s vibe of its past. It is perfect for large families, a couple of families or a group of friends.

Providing comfortable and spacious accommodation, Old Mill Park can host up to 17 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. The well-appointed, full-sized kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridges, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok, and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans, and cooking utensils are supplied. Reverse-cycle split systems provide both heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

The home features a large kitchen and dining area, a generous living space, a separate lounge room, six bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional shower room, three toilets, and a laundry. There is off-street parking for four to six cars in the driveway. Two separate lounge areas, each with a smart TV, offer plenty of space for both adults and children to relax.

Guests can enjoy a fantastic outdoor area with a Weber barbecue and ample seating, perfect for relaxed alfresco evenings.

The laundry includes a washing machine, separate dryer, iron, and ironing board. Pegs and washing powder are also supplied

All beds are made up with quality linen, including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doonas, and doona covers. Towels, face washers, and bath mats are also provided. Electric blankets are fitted to all double and queen beds, and every bedroom is equipped with a wall heater and fan. Trundle beds are supplied with a sheet, pillow, pillowcase, and towel; however, guests will need to bring their own doona and doona cover when using the trundles.

This property is pet-friendly. A gated area on the front deck provides a secure space for pets, and there is also a fenced area at the front of the property where pets can roam freely.

Our terms and conditions outline payment details and our cancellation policy. They’re designed to help us care for our homes and ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests. We kindly ask that you review them before your arrival.

House Rules & Conditions of Stay

  • This property is to be used for holiday accommodation purposes only. Parties, functions, or events are strictly prohibited.
  • This is a non-smoking property.
  • Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are permitted to stay.
  • Please respect our neighbours and the local community by keeping noise to a minimum at all times.
  • The Owners are not responsible for the security of guests’ personal belongings.
  • Please ensure the property is securely locked whenever it is unoccupied.

The Owners reserve the right to charge guests for any costs incurred during their stay, including but not limited to:

  • Intentional or accidental damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, or fittings
  • Replacement of missing items
  • Additional cleaning required
  • Removal of excess rubbish

Guests are asked to leave the property in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.

  • Check-out time is 10:00am. A late check-out fee of $50 will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • The person named on the original booking remains the primary contact and is responsible for the property and all communications relating to the booking.
  • Prior to departure, please return the keys to the key-safe and ensure the property is locked.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

  • Direct bookings: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments may be made via EFT, debit card, or credit card.
  • Website bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund
  • 14–30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival: No refund
  • If we are able to rebook the property for the same dates and value, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations must be made in writing to elizas@elizasbright.com.au.
Refunds are processed via EFT within 5–7 business days. Credit/debit card refunds will have transaction fees deducted (currently 2.9% + $0.30).

Additional Conditions

  • Early departures are non-refundable.
  • Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued with no fees deducted.

Online Travel Agent Bookings

Bookings made through an online travel agent (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms) are subject to the terms, conditions, payment requirements, and cancellation policies of that platform. Where applicable, the online travel agent’s policies will take precedence.
